Cancellation Policy
At BeautyxStephani, a cancellation policy is in place to respect both your time and mine.
• A $50 fee will be charged if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service total.
• Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of the service booked.
Reschedules: You’re allowed one reschedule per appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice. Any additional rescheduling will require a new deposit to rebook.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to complete your full service, and applicable fees may still apply.
A non-refundable deposit is required to book select services. That deposit may be applied once if the appointment is rescheduled with proper notice.
Refunds are not issued for completed services.
