We have a cancellation policy for select services and reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee for no-shows or late cancellations. ❌Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you may be considered a no-show, and we reserve the right to apply a fee. If we are able to proceed with your appointment despite the delay, a late fee may be applied. To avoid any inconvenience, please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a reduction of your appointment time, a reschedule, or a cancellation. ❌ Late Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost may be charged. ❌ No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment, you may be charged 100% of the service cost. A non-refundable deposit is required for select services at the time of booking. You can reschedule your appointment once using the same deposit. No refunds are issued for completed services.
