CANCELLATION POLICY

At BeautyxStephani, we value your time and love taking care of your hair! To make sure everyone gets the best experience, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change your appointment. ✖️Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours are 50% of the service total. ✖️Same-day cancellations or no-shows are full service price. You can reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice; after that, a new deposit is required. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your service might be shortened and fees could apply. Some services require a non-refundable deposit, which can be applied once if rescheduled with proper notice. Completed services are non-refundable. Thanks for understanding & we can’t wait to see you!
